What Is Talika?
Talika makes nature-based eyelash enhancement products. Lipocils Eyelash Conditioning Gel is used to stimulate the natural growth of eyelashes. Within 28 days, most users see results from applying Lipocils Eyelash Conditioning Gel. Lipocils contains nettle, horse chestnut extract, allantoin, soy lecithin, witch hazel, St. John's Wort, soy lecithin lipsomes and apple extract. Talika also offers Eyelash Conditioning Cream, originally introduced to the cosmetic world in 1947. For several decades, this propriety blend of ingredients was secretly used by celebrities to attain fluttering, fabulous lashes. The Cream formula contains mineral oil. Lipocils Eyelash Conditioning Gel is recommended to those trying to avoid oily products.
Besides lash enhancement products, Talika makes a heated eyelash curler and Talika Eyelash Extenders which are fibers applied after your mascara for longer, more visible lashes.
Finally, Talika also makes products to enhance eyebrow growth. Talika products for eyelashes should not be used on eyebrows and vice versa.
Who Is Talika?
In 1948, a young female doctor named Danielle Roches created Talika Laboratories. She developed an anti-bacterial cream with plant extracts to help cure war casualties including dramatic face and eye burns. A side effect of the cream was the incredibly long, dramatic eyelash regrowth. In 1994, Alexis de Brosses in Paris bought over the company. By 1996, Lipocils lash beautifiers were launched. By 2006, Talika products were distributed in 40 countries. President Alexis de Brosses states about Talika, “My vision of our company and brand is to propose products that are developed with full respect to Nature and to our customers. I have only one air: make the women who use the Talika products happier and more serene in life.”
